The 2008 tour is scheduled for October 4-6, 2008

Deposit of $100 along with completed Waiver and Registration Form is required to reserve a spot. Balance is due by September 1, 2008. Upon receipt of deposit and waiver, a confirmation letter, rooming arrangements, emergency contact numbers, and directions to the starting point will be sent.

Cancellation before September 1, 2008 forfeits deposit. Cancellation within two weeks forfeits 50% of trip cost. Cancellation within two weeks of trip forfeits all fees. Trip is limited to about 30 people.

Add $25 late registration fee for sign-up after September 1, 2008 or late payment of balance due. For late registration payment is due in full upon sign-up.
